Samara Dorados
We have Dorado Season in Costa Rica right now! Also known as dolphin, they have their high season here in Samara from October to November. We have already caught quite a lot. And Dorado is a delicious food fish. Check out the Mahi Mahi from my fishing partner Ramon:
